Default Silver 200 Mph Guages

Okay I talked with GMS Fleet. He told me the only way to get the 200mph guages, was if we can lock in enough people to buy them for them to be worth while to make em. Look in this thread https://ls1tech.com/forums/showthrea...6&page=1&pp=20.
If we can get 50 people interested, it would be $50 over the initial cost. If we get 25 people interested it would be $100.00 over the initial cost. These look nice as hell. So post up if you want them.

All who wants em.

Important: Only For The 99-02 F-bodies!!!! And this is only for the gauge itself not the recalibration for 200 MPH

So your telling me I can get the silver gauges with the 200 mph speedo in silver now if we get enuff orders? Im confused on your statement? So it would be $350 if we get 25 silver orders and if we get 50 orders it goes to $300 correct? If so put me on the list for a silver!

Why can this not be done with 97+ digital clusters. You'd have a lot more people if it wasn't limited to 3 years. There are 6 years of the exact same dash, what is the difference between the years as far as this is concerned? I'd be in, but.........

I know that the temperature guage reads different, as well as some added lights to the 00-02 guage. I.E. "Sevice vehicle" "change oil" and there is the oil/reset feature above the odometer, the little light that shows the hatch is open, probably a few others I am missing.

On another note, it was mentioned that this does NOT include the calibration. Can this be done with a handheld tuner? Can it be done at all, without sending the whole guage cluster to GRANATELLI? I have read thru the post on this GP and have not seen ananswer to these ?'s, but pardon me if I may have missed it!

Same question... where would we get the guages calibrated at? I assume this is just an overlay or what? Whats the final price? Do you have a pciture?

If I'm not mistaken, this is sent to GMS for them to calibrate it. You send it in, and it is/is not an overlay. You would think they are factory the way the black ones look. But you send it to GMS for them to do the work AND calibrate it. That is prob where most of the money goes.

Am I correct? If not, feel free to enlighten!

Where have you seen pics of the silver ones? Depending on what the silver ones look like you can count me in on this one as well.

The cost of the silver 200mph guages will be 299.99 plus shipping, if we get 50 people. That will include the overlay, calibrating the speedometer. You would have to remove your guage cluster and send it out to them. Then you will get it back and ready to go.

I'll post a pic of the 200mph guages, and a pic of silver guages. I don't have any pic of silver 200mph guages. BUt you can tell what it would look like.

Is your cluster from GPS? Just curious because I thought they never produced silver ones before but instead just white, black, and the blue ones as pictured below?

Here is the photo shop of it. Yes its just stickers and I got a member on here to build it for me a LONG time ago when GMS refused to produce a silver overlay.

That silver doesnt look that dark, does it match those autometer gauges? I have the same gauges and if they match i would defently want silver.

Default 200 mph

Hi,

Technically, can this mod be done to guages which are in KM/h?
What I mean is... are you able to put the mph overlay on a km/h speedo?

Currently, my car's speedo is in km/h however I live in the UK where they use mph.... so it would be perfect for me if this was possible.

I realise there would be an issue with shipping... but I always have that issue for the car parts

Regards,
UKCamaroSS
