I've kicked around buying a 9C3 a few times, they don't come up that often.

Is that this trim? http://www.ebay.com/itm/Chevrolet-Caprice-PPV-Sedan-4-Door-/221817429716?forcerrptr=true&hash=item33a5595ed4&item=221817429716

Tuned this one yesterday. Very responsive and much more power than a g8. This one has magnetic ride control.

Forget about the G8 GXP? Same engine and trans.

The blue SS has much more power than a stock g8 and a gxp, after I tuned it. I have driven and tuned all of them. The g8 had rear gears more suited for top speed bonneville runs and the factory g8 trans tables stink. That's why g8 guys swap out the rear pumpkin for better gear ratio. GM did a much better job with even the stock trans calibration and using the 3.27 gears in this new SS sedan comparing the stock g8 trans calibration. After tweaking the trans it is much more respectable and does not shift oddly.

Well of course a tuned LS3 has more power then a stock one... comparing apples to oranges. My bolton G8 GT tune ran 11's, hopefully an SS will catch up soon since they have so much more power and shift better, haha.

The SS auto comes with the same gears as a G8 GXP auto, 3.27's. The M6 G8 GXP comes with the same gear ratio as the SS M6, 3.70's. Nothing new there.

I like the idea of picking one up cheap, but not for $22K.
