Picture of a 2004 U.S. GTO??? <img src="http://ponchophoto.freeservers.com/04gto.jpg" alt="" />
Well it's just an idea since the car's official U.S. design has not been completed yet <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" /> . There's a guy on the SLP forum (C6Firebird) who has been working on a few possibilities (like the one above) that are better than that hacked up Motor Trend picture that has been in circulation.

300kw = 402HP
HSV also has a 6.2 Liter LS6 that pumps out 470HP

Re: Picture of a 2004 U.S. GTO??? Here's what I think. I believe one of the main reasons the mustang outsells the camaro/firebird is because of the everyday liveability. People have always conplained about the hump in the floor on the passengers side, the tabletop dashboard, and the go-cart like seating. I for one think the GTO might be a step in the right direction. Yeah, it can never take the place of the f-body but it will appeal to a much wider audience. Couple the upward stance, probably better visability, and more liveable seating, with the same v8 from the vette/fbodys and I think we may have a winner here.Hopefully they can keep the weight down and the horsepower up. I just hope they don't go too overboard trying to give this car too much of a pontiac identity.
