Aussie SS
your talking about the "blue meanie" VK group a
Each to their own but I wouldnt call american muscle cars are gay though. A VW beattle or a Audi tt maybe.
I just dont like VN to VX era of cars
same with falcons of that era AU etc. VY Comodore was so much better and so was BA Falcon IMHO. Last edited by Z28XTC; Nov 1, 2007 at 08:34 AM.

Runs a 800hp Garret Ball Bearing Turbo, 3.5" Dump into twin 3" pipes, a custom cam and ported heads with 1.7yt Roller Rockers. The engine is out at the moment and getting a forged standard stroke bottom end after a cylinder lost compression and it collapsed some lifters. Probably a bigger custom turbo grind cam too because the original was really a NA cam. Was 392 rwkw at 10psi before the motor went and is being built to easily see 15 psi!
The Best V8 Stories One Small Block at Time
A brock director is basically a top of the range calais spec vk but hdt enhanced from factory spec v8s model.
I beleive they come in white, bronze, silver + rarest of them all in black .
you could specify a manual from the base auto transmission +up to the undocumented 330bhp/308 ci emission legal ,blueprinted engine from hdt.other options were posi lock diff,2.60/3.36 diff ratio options.16in rims, body kit including ,sideskirts, spoilers+bonnet scoop, electric sunroof, bilstein shocks, upgraded spring rates, leather seats and a towbar.
They will eventually in time, become the next wave of most desirable cars in oz and be remmembered as the very last muscle car ever produced with no catalytic converters which interm made them ,the last legal nicer sounding v8
H&m headers were responsable for that very distinct and exotic sounding exhaust note, they were contracted by hdt to develop the best exhaust system for the road and race cars, along with countless of weeks dyno testing and evaluating different parameters to get the most out of them.
when I tuned a few of them years back,I used to tell the customer to take it for a spin around the block on his own,and refused to ever get in any of them cars (manual ones anyway),because I liked the sound of them so much,I just wanted to hear how they sounded

then when the customer returns,I lied by telling them, I thought I heard something wierd, and I want to double check, can you please thrash the car around the block again?
so off he went again.
