My First (Competition) LSX Fest
So, ive been to the two lsx fest in bowling green..
last year i wanted to race but decided not to at the last moment due to lack of experience and fear of blowing my rear end
SO... now that ive got some build plans.. i plan to be D1SC Procharged and maybe a 50 shot of NOS as well...
got any tips or tricks or suggestions to help make this trip/competition more enjoyable?

Just east of evansville. Hope ur not a hoosier fan since i go to UK
And im in the process of figuring my rear build now.
Im thinking Moser 9. 4.11 tru-trac. 31 spline. 4 channel. Lca/sway bar mounts. Back bracing. Drain/fill plug. Regular length and such. Ill be running 26x10-15s weld that im trading my aftermarket hood for. Found a oem one finally after two years im back to an oem ram air. Damn teenage gurls dont know how to back out of a spot... Lol
And better safe than sorry, i will be bringing a trailer lol

i dont mean practice based on distance from the track, i mean practice for the sake of getting good at it, getting used to how the track works, learning the rules
national event is not really the place i suggest learning the ropes. you have several months between now and then i suggest you take advantage of.
most competitive class for you is likely true street and shoot for 11.0 or 12.0 maybe or some of the 'fun' classes they do at the ls fest.
