Quite down car for inspection?

Quite down car for inspection? So I am in Germany have 1 and half left here! the 1st time I barely passed inspection but then I installed kooks long tube headers with off road cats and the rest of the exhaust is stock except it has a muffler delete! its about 125 DB and want to get it quite for inspection anyone have Ideas?
I was thinking about buying a new exhaust with mufflers but i dont know it would help? Expect if it comes with silencers that i can easily install and remove but wouldnt know where I could find that?
I am open for sugestions?

I just arrived in Germany a few months back. Brought my 02 TA with me (very stock). I didn't have any issues with inspection except to remove the window tinting, and a NOS purge kit, got a kick out of them trying to figure out what it was, I left the tank in the states. My TA was the easiest of my cars to pass inspection lol.
