Default NewB in Upstate SC

Just chiming in. I've been away from the forums for a while. Was on thirdgen.org, then got into mustangs for a while. Now I'm back in the F-body crowd.

Got two F-bodies, a 94 Trans Am GT in mint cond. lightly modded, and a 97 Z28 that I just finished swapping an LS1 into.

Starting a new shop up with my bro and some friends. Working on the site now.

It might be helpful to have a friend close with a shop. Nice to meet ya man, i'm a new guy myself. I'm actually living in simpsonville right now but getting back to greenville is a simple 10 minute highway drive.

^^^ I can't wait to get one man. I'd love to save up to buy one and keep my Xtreme but i highly doubt it. Will most likely just end up having to trade, sadly =/. I really love this truck.

loving it. No classes FTMFW. Its days like this where i wish i had a beater that i could just go mess in the snow with. Lots of torque through a rwd 6 speed = no fun for me in the snow LOL I did take my old v6 out in the snow once... that was fun, till some ******** on bowman field in clemson decided it was a good idea to throw snowballs at my car... As i started to get out of my car to beat his *** the cops jumped the curb and started chasing them down. apparently they had been doing it for a while lol.

^^ Lol yea i have no clue how i'm gonna get to work tomorrow. My truck is running close to 300 pounds of tourqe to the rear and even with these brand new tires, i'm goin nowhere in the snow. Not to mention we got like 6 inches worth, and my truck sits about 4 inches off the ground, i'd be snow plowin all the way down main street simpsonville. Guess if they really need me to come in that bad, they'll send someone lol

LOL yea, i wouldnt even attempt it, esp lowered like that, cause there are some pretty thick spots that would do a number on that bumper. BTW what ya got done to that truck if you dont mind me asking?

I would come but i blew the motor out of my dodge and can find a nice decently cheap car to buy or know anyone that can rebuild or that knows anybody that does really cheap tranny work. so everyone's on clubhioctane! Well I've been too busy to cruise in to haywood even though I live about 8 minutes from there. Got a lot of work going on. If anyone needs some performance work done at an awesome price let me know. Hopefully We'll find a building here soon. I'll keep everyone posted.
