Default Hello from nj. 1994 ls1/t56 rx7

Hey how's it going. My name is Todd I'm from new jersey. I got a 1994 rx7 that is still a rotary but I'm in the process of getting an ls swap.

The motor and tranny I picked up are out of a 2000 z28 camaro with 33k miles. I also picked up a kaaz LSD with 3.90s solid bushings and 300m axels.
The mounting kit is from hinson. Got a pro 5.0 shifter tri-ax handle and an aluminum drive shaft. Waiting on these hinson parts to arrive so the swap can begin.

Looking forward to learning about the lsx motor and meeting new people.

Yea that's the reAson I'm gong through with the swap. I've only put 1200 in 3 years on the car because I'm scared of breaking down and not being able to get towed due to the suspension set up.

I am using an Aluminum 5.3 L33 with Ls6 heads Tr224 112 lsa cam ls6 intake t56 and a 150hp shot of NOS I am using a Jim Lab subframe with grannies torque arm and trans mount, I will eventually get a samberg cobra diff mount. eventually i will build a 6.2 to replace the 5.3 although the 5.3 is still making over 400 and thats alot of power in one of these. good luck with your build and post a build thread as you get things done!
