New from Chicago (NW Burbs) New guy from IL here. Bought a 2001 TA with 25,500 miles in December and what can i say, i absolutely love this car! It is completely stock right now and it will probably stay that way for a little while. In the meantime, i will start searching the forums and try to learn all i can about this motor.
This isn't the first LS1 in the family. My wife has an 01 WS6 so it should be kinda fun having 2 TAs.
I am also a huge fan of the 04-06 GTOs so i'm sure i will love it here. Actually, i really wanted an Impulse Blue Metallic 04 GTO but my wife talked me into getting the TA. No regrets here even though i still love the GTOs.
Anyway, here are some pics and i am looking forward to my stay here and I also look forward to meeting some of you.

Nice bird. This is a great forum, you can pretty much get any question answered. NW Burbs, I grew up in Norridge, my wife lived in Wheeling for a while. I miss the food but not the roads.

Thanks for all the comments! Nice to see so many locals. I think I recognize some of you from other forums. Seems this site has lots of useful information. I don't post much but i've been reading lots and am getting some ideas on what to do to my car
