I just scored a $1000 complete '99 Camaro that was wrecked but still running and moving with around 100k miles. I'm swapping it into my, pretty much complete, '70 Camaro.

the fridge in the pic is telling me you did all this work in your Garage. If you did all the panel replacement and body work yourself you did an Excellent job, the car looks fantastic.

 

very impressive! WHAT MOTOR IS IN THERE NOW? do you have a split bumper?

 

It has a 350 with some mods. I ran a 13.5 at the track in the 1/4 with 2.73's. I cant wait to get this ls in there. Its a standard model camaro. I plan on putting split bumpers on it if i can find some decent driver quality ones at a good price.

Yeah I did all the body work. Took me a year and a half to get it where i could drive it on the road. Too many man hours to even figure up.

Looks awsome! I have a question why is it every one with a old car has a fire extinguisher in the car some where?

 

maybe carbed setups are more prone to fires?

Sweet! Yeah i bought that '99 out of Orange Grove. I figured it was a good investment.


Because I have way too much money in my car to let it burn up for some stupid reason. Better safe than sorry. Besides it's cheap insurance to some degree.
