Hi!
Long time 3rd gen T/A owner and I just got my hands on a 98 Trans Am that needs some TLC.
I for sure need a PCM Harness thanks to some vermin but the car cleaned up well and I am excited to see how well it runs.
Just thought I should say hi to everyone.
Here are some pictures from when I picked it up.

The isn't that much to the harness. If you pull it off and the plugs are all still good you could always replace the bad spots by soldering and shrink wrapping and that will be good.

Yeah it looks like it wont be too bad to swap. Most plugs are chewed off right at the plug so its pretty trashed. I can find harnesses for 6 speed cars all over but no autos yet.

Welcome to the forum! You're brave man for taking on that engine compartment ha ha! So besides the wire harness what else will you have to replace? How long was the car sitting?
