Default Another noob

After 30 years of dreaming, I finally got a Camaro in November and I haven't stopped smiling. I've been over at a popular 5th Gen forum for a couple of months and now I'm looking to expand my horizons.

I'm currently playing the Tuner A vs Tuner B game with mail order tunes trying to decide which one I like better. I'm having a tough time figuring out if the problem is with the tunes, the car, the gas, or my data logging technique. I'm an old school carb guy, but even I know knock retard isn't a good thing.

Congrats on your new ride, and my best advice is this: Read as much as possible online, but more importantly get with your local car clubs, speed shops, or track regulars. They can give you lots of info which should help you figure things out. Best of all, you can get in their car and see how it drives. Nothing beats real life experience.
