Default 70 Nova build in Bay Area CA

Hi everybody, I already posted in the conversion and hybrid spot but i figure i can talk about my own project a bit here.

I have a 1970 Nova that currently sports an old flat tappet 350 mated to a WC T5 with an s10 housing. I'm reading up here on swaps to try and make the car more daily drive able.

I'd be considering an LM7 or whatever i can acquire the easiest. Beggars cant be choosers.

There aren't too many threads about using an older manual trans, so i might come in with a few questions about the NFW1050 flywheel with a 26 spline clutch. I found these so far:
https://ls1tech.com/forums/manual-tr...-flywheel.html
https://ls1tech.com/forums/conversio...s-motor-3.html
https://www.hotrod.com/articles/ccrp...on-swap-gen-3/

As for the rest of the swap id be looking at trying to keep the stock headers if i can clear the power steering, lsx innovations longtubes if they can't.
Lsx innovations conversion plates for the mounts.
AEM ecu and harness.
Tanks inc fuel pump conversion
19212593 oil pan

And thats just the majority of what ive considered so far. Time to keep reading.

Thanks guys

Welcome to LS1Tech! Do you have pics over in Conversions section? I did a 70’ nova 8 years ago for a friend.
