Time to fry the Canadian Bacon! Dare I say "How's it goin', eh?" 
New LS1 owner here, just wanted to get myself started right the first time.
I'm JP, and my new baby is a 2000 Corvette Coupe (yes, targa baby!), in Sebring Silver Metallic. LS1 5.7L V8 (duh) and the six speed transmission.
She's stock right now, but I can't wait to get into the modified LS1 enthusiast scene.
