Granted this is when they were still new.

The SS and WS6 has slightly better suspension, bigger wheels and tires (the biggest advantage I think), neat wing and hood. SS's and WS6's were around 20K for the year/mileage I was looking for and my Z28 was 14K. They are all about the same power wise. Some Z28's are faster, some SS's are faster etc. I am buying better wheels and tires than the SS anyway, so the SS wasn't worth it to me.

what should you get... uhh... well it sounds like a 3800...
but... I guess if I had to pick I'd get the Z28.
Brad
EDIT: If you ARE going to work on it, I'd get the 98 and jsut throw on an LS6 intake, since you can get the cars cheapr than the intake. Overall they (98-02) run pretty much as well as eachother. 98's are kinda different, a nubmer of reasons why (check the faq) but no problematic issues.

there's not really any regional price differences for the most part. In MI I am sure you can find a deal just as good as a Floridian car. Where are you looking? Autotrader.com, newspaper, etc?

EDIT: to post a pic: you gotta type [img] before the pic's net address, and [/img] after it. so for example:
[img ]http://www.diolar.com/images/ophelia03072005/HPIM0354.jpg[/img ]
brings up a picture of my airbox. (remove the spaces before the final brackets in each IMG tag though. see here is the link in action:
If that is not working or you don't have the pic somewhere online already, you can sign u pfor a place like cardomain.com and they can upload your pics for you.
