New Ls1 Owner (not F-body) I just purchased a 99 LS1 TA M6. I had to drive it quite a ways to get home. It has Hooker LT's and Corsa exhaust, with a Comp cam 224duration 566 lift I think. All I can say is "Hell Yeah!!! 
The switch from A4 to M6 was one thing but basically stock LT1 to cammed LS1 is mind blowing. Not to mention the braking ability is a lot better and the suspension is definately tighter. I love LT1's but... the LS1 is #1 now in my opinion.
I guess I need to change my name or something.
3rd f-body by the way

Welcome aboard! I've had mine (LS1) about four years now and it still makes me grin when I put my foot down, and I haven't even really started engine mods yet. Lots to look forward to.
