Default whats up ls1ers

whats up everyone just stoping by making my first ever post.

I am a current happy owner of a Nissan 350z and an overall car enthusiast ...I was going to get a nice camaro a while back but the sales guy was a dik so i never bought it...about a week or so later i fell in love with the Z never even test drove it and purchased it brand new a few years ago on the spot with no regrets till this day.

One day i'll be getting a a nice SS camaro (the only ls1 that gives me that warm and fuzzy feeling) if i ever get some extra change around here...looking forward to learning more about this car in the meantime...

I figure my 350z will be the car i track and the camaro will be my 12 second car at the strip lol

Welcome

For me my WS6 will be for the road track and sometimes the 1/4. One thing I learned here is that the F-Body, with a little work, can be made to handle the auto x and road track and hang with all the others.

Check out the handling section and road racing section and you will see what I mean.

i have a quit newb question...what year would you guys advise me to start looking as far as picking up a camaro?Any year i should avoid?I would prefer an Ls1 compared to the Lt1 so 97 and under would be out as far as options correct?I heard that the 2001 would be a better option than the 2002 because of the differances in the intake?or is it the other way around?Anyway still learning the ropes about this car so any quick advice would be awesome
