Finally registered!

I'm a proud owner of an '02 WS6 since January of 2004, and all I can say is this is one awesome website! I've already learned quite a bit by regularly reading the different forums, and It's great to see that there are a whole bunch of people out there who are passionate about their f-bodies. I jokingly call mine my "mid-life crisis car", as I am 43 years old, and sometimes feel older. All I have to do is go for a spin, and as soon as I get behind the wheel, I feel 20 years younger!

Readers Digest version: Early 2004, saw a silver '02 WS6 at a local credit union up for auction (repo), and it was love at first sight. Disappointed to discover upon closer inspection/investigation that it had a rebuilt title, and looked horrible close up! Not to be deterred, I went to several local dealerships, looking for another silver or perhaps black WS6. Salesmen said they don't come up for sale often (I now know why). Searched the internet, and found exactly what I was looking for in St. Louis, Missouri. One plane ride to St. Louis and a drive back to Louisville, Kentucky, and the car of my dreams was parked in my garage. I tried to keep it all stock, which lasted less than a year. I put on some custom rims, and decided I liked the WW body kit to enhance the "race car" look the car already had. Grant in College Station, Texas embroidered the headrests, and I have it just the way I like it! I'll try to get a picture posted!
