New LS1 Owner! Well, after looking online for 2 months, I finally found the car I always wanted... a 2000 Trans Am WS6 convertible. It's Pewter color with only 30,600 miles on it. Owned by a married retired couple it has NO mods to it. The guy never had it over 80mph! Wow! Always garage kept, no scratches or dents. Amazing condition for a 2000. Looks about 1 year old!
I didn't find it online, even though I live in Orlando, Florida area and searched a 200 mile radius. I found it by luck; I was driving past a KIA!! dealer in Daytona Beach and there it was, with the top down. They had it less than 8 hours after he traded it in. Soooo lucky for me. I got the orginal Pontiac Firebird brochure and the window sticker too.
They wanted $21,995 but I got it for $19,000. Did i do well?

Congrats, and welcome! I got my Formula from CarMax...doesn't it kinda feel like you're rescuing them when they don't come from a GM dealer or a private party?

19000 is excellent! i got mine 6 mos ago 2002 w/17500 miles on it for 20000. go on line to autotrader.com and price em out. youll see cars that good a shape are at least 22000 to 24000 dollars. great find bro! i know i looked for about 4 mos for mine and had to go to tampa and i live in gainesville. yep they are awsome cars w/ lots of power. good luck modding it .
