Default No LS1..... YET!

Hey guys whats up, decided to register finally, Ive been lurking on this site for well over a year now, ever since my Lightning got steamrolled by a Z28 and I wanted to know the competition I currently have a Mustang GT in the mid 400 rwhp range, but I am lookin for a clean, low mileage, semi cheap LS1 car to buy hopefully in the next few months.

It's not hard to find a good deal. I searched for 4 months until I got our 98 with 68k on it for 6 grand.

They seem to be outrageously (sp?) priced in my area. A low mileage 00-up car is hardly ever priced below 16k. The ones I do see that are in my range (8 to 11k) are jacked up and not in good shape.

Keep looking man! I bought mine in April of 05 for $12200 with 27k on it. Check out autotrader.com you might have to drive a couple hundred miles to get a good deal, but it will be worth it.

Deff dont be in a hurry. There is one here in NC that has 72K on it, its a 2001 and the dealer wants 21,900. Its pretty scratched up too. Obviously not worth it at all. Take your time and the right one will just appear to you one day. Good Luck and they are so worth the wait.
