Default Greetings from an old man.
Thanks to those responsible for this forum, including contributors. I have been reading lots here and decided to register, although lurking in the background has been fun, lol.
My hopes are to learn things associated with putting an ls1 or 2 in my newly acquired 2003 extended cab v6 s10. Carl.

welcome, and s10's are awsome, not to complicated to put a ls1 in there are kits floating around with pretty much everything you need(shorty headers, mounts, ect) . .....may my s10 rip

didnt lingenfelter put a twin-turboed ls1 in a sonoma? it shouldnt be too hard for an n/a application

yep, i remember it from the c&d shootout. it toasted the transmission after lifting the front wheels and pulling ~2 sec 0-60 time.
