New traitor on LS! tech Well, I am a traitor.... I have been driving only mustangs for the last 6 years, modifying, and racing them, and then I found a TA that I fell in love with, and the new race motor for the mustang got sold, and i am driving a 2001 TA WS6, 370, m6 etc. I live in Corpus Christi, I got harrassed by NA$TY-TA that I needed to get my login finished, so more to come later......
Also, I know very little about LS1 motors, and the electronics systems in these cars, so I will probably ask some stupid questions at times, please bear with me.

Thanks everyone..... It was a good deal on a very nice car..... I guess that I will have to get a sig pic up, and go from there...... I feel like it is a luxury car compared to my five liter cars....... The shifter says it all..... hard plastic (5.0) vs Leather Wrapped...... even shows the difference between the way that the cars perform....

I never did like Mustangs. Wasn't because they were Fords which is reason enough, but every Mustang I have ever driven had no head room. I guess they weren't made for tall people. But anyway ask all the stupid questions you want too. But you might want to check out the search before you post. The LS1TECH database has a vast resource of previously asked questions at your fingertips And I think one of the best things going for the newbies are the Stickys posted for you. You can believe if something can be tried to improve your performance somebody on here has attempted

I appreciate the tip.... I am not that tall, so the mustangs were never a problem..... Still like them, but these LS1 cars are VERY nice, and Plenty fast enough with mods.... Thanks again for the points in the right direction.

I've had a few Mustangs myself (Fox Chassis) and loved them.FUN cars to drive and easy to work on.
But my heart always stays with F-bodies.
