Nice car to start with! Looks like someone babied that car before you had it.
I would suggest a catback exhaust, I have a loudmouth on my lowered WS6 and it hits very often and thats the only thing I dont like about it, otherwise its great for the price, kooks 1 3/4 headers would be great for it, you could either buy the kit for $50 to bypass the CAGS(Computer Aided Gear Selection) or get yourslef a tune or a Diablosport and remove it that way and have the tune<----I suggest this route.
Do that stuff and see when you are ready for more before jumping into Head and Cam swaps ect.
