Smile Florida guy...
Hi, I'm new to the site... I used to lurk but I decided to register once I picked up the new car, a '98 A4 Camaro z28 with heads/cam.

Hopefully I can learn a couple things from this site, I'm more used to carbs and fox bodies but so far I've read some useful information.

That's bout it... other than I live in Florida.

Welcome what cam and heads are you running?
Also what kind of converter?

Ported 241 heads with new comp 918 springs
Patriot 226/226 .585/.585 112 camshaft

Stock trans and converter. I think I'll get the tranny built before I get a converter in it... but some 3.73's and a converter would help move the car faster so I'll see what I'm gonna do.

Probably throwing the gears in first along with a trans cooler since this is my fun car/daily driver since the fox is down (and probably forever will always be now )

Hmm, everyone's pushing me to do a converter but I don't know how bad that will heat up the trans, ordered the tranny cooler already at least...
