Default Dragwheelz customer service sucks!

Just like the title says the customer service is a bunch of crap.

Let me see where to start. I bought a set of Billet Specialties Streetlites from them . After I received them I find out I have the incorrect backspacing. This should of been caught before they went out the door to be shipped to me. They already knew they were for an f-body. I call to see about getting my correct wheels and the person on the other end is very apologetic and is going to see about my wheels.

A week goes by and nothing on my wheels. I call again and he says he is sorry and that Billet Specialties had a back order for them. I was then figuring out why he did not call me and tell me that. He says they will be out to me as soon as they come in. By the way the wrong ones that came in they fit on a buddy of mines car so I am doing Dragwheelz a favor by buying another set of fronts and getting the money from my buddy for the other set.

I have been checking on them and I am the one who always has to do the calling.

I called yesterday to see if my wheels were shipped because I didn't receive a door notice from UPS and he says I should have received them and he was going to check on them for me and call me back the same day. I didn't receive a call. It is 1:55 pm central time and I still have not received a call.

I should of went thru JEGS and got the wheels. It would of cost me more but I would have them by now.

I guess when he sees this thread I will finally get a call.

Well I ended up calling today and still they do not know if my wheels have been shipped to me.

I called and he tells me he is going to call Billet specialties and find out whats going on and to call him back in a half an hour. I call him back and I give him more than an hour ,he still doesn't know.

He tells me as soon as he finds out something he will give me a call.

I guess it will be Monday before I hear anything. If I don't hear from him Monday I gues I will ask for my money back.

Didn't get a chance to call on Monday. Got busy as hell and couldn't make the call. Still didn't get a call from them yet though If I get a free minute I will call them.

Well I called them yesterday and he says that Billet Specialties had them on back order if you believe that one. He says he is going to refund me $100.00 for my troubles. That was yesterday, it is now 7 pm and I have checked my credit card that is connected with my paypal acct and I have no refund of either and they were supposed to get me a tracking number and I haven't received that either.

This place is truly the worst.

Ok here it goes. I am trying to keep my cool but the guy at Dragwheelz is not helping any. I last talked to him on april 10th which was a friday and he said he was going to find out about my wheels and get back with me. I never received a call. I had to call him this Friday which was yesterday and he said I should have received the wheels, yet I don't have a UPS notice on my door or anything. He says he is going to call me back by 7 pm and AGAIN no call.

I gave this dude a whole week to get this right and every time I ask for a tracking # I don't get one from him

I hope this guy's name is not Joel from Ohio Forced Inductions.

Really getting tiered and frustrated with this guy

I called not once but twice today and no answer and his mailbox is full. So, obviously he is avoiding my calls now. I just filed a paypal dispute on him so we shall see what happens from here.

we have been dealing with a medical emergency. Jason is not able to answer his phone 24/7 due to the situation. I just checked the email and do not see anything from you or a pm.

A full refund was granted to you. This is the first time in this section as i have not seen this or i would have responded sooner.

Well who as been answering the phone then? I kept getting the run around for a month, so you need to find out who was answering the phone and pissing me off! The number I was calling is to a Sprint cellphone which is the business phone (773-759-3724) its voice mail is full and I sent text messages to them and whoever is on the other end responded back to me. I can send the messages that were sent to me if you would like? Whoever you all are need to have better customer service. I never received a tracking # and none of my calls were ever returned. Just tell me the truth, my correct wheels were never ordered that is why it is so easy for you all to offer a refund? I even called Billet Specialties myself and when I told them I ordered the wheels through you all the guy from them said with a sigh "oh them". Thats when I knew something was wrong. One thing is for sure out of this ordeal is that I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN AND I WILL NOT LET ANY OF MY FRIENDS ORDER FROM HERE! This is the reason why places like JEGS and Summit Racing can ask more for a product and get it because of one thing CUSTOMER SERVICE!
