where is my TB
I paid you on 12-5 you said you had them ready to ship. then On 12-13 you said it only needs to be assembled it will ship on the 15th. then on 12-20 you say the epoxy still has to be smoothed out before assembly but that it would for sure go out on 12-22. I still have no tracking # tomorow will be 3 weeks you told me it would ship immediatley Real nice charging a $200 core charge them refusing to ship the product. Anyone else not getting there product from him? Its real nice that he has promissed me a large discount but im not real big on his promisses at this point. The other issue is he only emails me if i email him complaining. if your having problems say so dont make me chase after you. I also warned him a week ago i would go public if he didnt ship. Actually I just got done with some black TB's, building up some stock. I
could get one out to you tomorrow if you want. Pay via paypal. Make 2
payments, one for $140 which is the TB & shipping, and one for $200 which is the core charge. I do it this way so I can promptly refund your core charge without either one of us being charged the transaction fee.
If you pay by tomorrow afternoon, I can get it shipped.

Sorry for the delay. We lost our air compressor this week and I've been
trying to find a new one and get back up and running. Your TB only needs to
be assembled and shipped out so it will be going out monday.
If you need anything else in the future, I will definatly give you a
discount.

I want to first appologize for the delay. It's been a bad week and a half
since I talked to you last. The TB is 95% complete, the only thing it
needed was to have the epoxy smoothed and contoured and to be assembled. Let me explain what has happened on my end.

We lost our air compressor the morning after you placed your order. I was
unable to get your TB done because I actually couldn't get it done. So I
looked around for a new compressor for 2 days and decided it would make more sense to rebuild the one we had and use the tank because it was still good. The rebuild shop said we would have it up and running in 2 days, so I went along with it. 2 days pass and I get a call and they tell me the tank is an older quincy and it's not asme certified so they can't replace the
pump/motor for us. So we then had to place an order for the compressor we
needed because there is really no industrial compressors local to us that
would work for our needs. Well we finally have a confirmation the
compressor will be here monday. On top of all this I got the flu and
haven't been going to the shop.
I know it doesn't mean much to you because I told you I could get it right
out, but the only thing I can do at this point is explain my situation. I
will discount the TB 50% and have it out monday guranteed.

It sucks that you have been waiting this long, Scott had some problems in the past with shipping but I have seen a lot of happy customers lately, myself being one. He even paid most of next day air shipping to get mine to me out of his own pocket. I work on cars for a living and getting/waiting on the correct parts will make you pull your hair out sometimes. It seems hes trying to do the right thing by offering 50% off and of course sending the core dollars back. I hate waiting on parts also, but if it helps the work he did on my TB was first rate.

 

Yes he offered to discount the TB BUT if he was serious he would have actualy sent the money. He did not offer to send the core money back. $200 core charge is outragous. I have recieved more than one PM from other people waiting for a product they already paid for

 

The TB WAS shipped USPS priority mail. 03032460000046130316.

We did lose our compressor and day after day the new one was supposed to be here. We made arrangements to use another companies compressor to finish up some TB and other parts while ours was down, but as hard as it is to believe they lost their compressor also.

I did email you the tracking number, but can't verify if you received it. As I promissed the TB is 1/2 off and I will refund the $200 core charge via paypal as soon as paypal releases the funds on this transaction.

Again sorry for the delay but we are doing our best to work through this. Our new compressor is up and running and we should be caught up shortly. The TB will only cost you $65 and I can say with 99% certainty you're going to be happy with it.

Scott has lived up to his word and refunded and discounted as he said. I look forward to recieving my TB soon. Im sorry things had to go so far south. I wish we could have solved this without so much stress on us both.

Scott - I am in same boat as above. I understand the issues you are having but am in the dark on my status since I haven't had email or my phone call returned since I sent you the check.

Let me know if/when you are shipping my TB (98 C5 - Overland Park, Kansas) or let me know if any issues. Wouldn't mind getting the same discount as Ray either. Left my cell number on your answering machine yesterday and it's in the emails. Thanks and Happy New Year.
