Not sure if it's international or not but for the stateside guys that guy screwed by Thunder, I just looked at the Better Business Bureau site on them, and they have an F rating (no surprise there). 7 Complaints against Thunder were taken to the BBB, 5 were resolved with BBB help, a couple of them recently, within the last week or two, the other 2 were from last year and Thunder didn't respond to the BBB.

The 4/19/2013 delivery issue is my complaint.

On second thought, no it's not, I opened my case on 4/11 for delivery issue but the case is still open. BBB has sent second notice to Thunder.

Sucks to see customers get ripped off. I wish I could show my shocked face about them going out of business. Never did business with them anyway as i'm a Futral Motorsports guy and I'm not surprised one bit.

Now that Thunder Racing has gone belly up,may be Geoff would come out the wood work and spill the beans on why TR fell from grace.

I have the same issue here, order on 27th of March.
Still no response via email or phone. They immediately accepted the money but after that no response.

There isnt any reason to Geoff or I to "spill the beans" Angie and Shane have done this all by themselves.

You ordered within 30 days so notify your bank and file a claim.

My problem is I already filed a dispute via paypal and stupidly closed it thinking the problem would be solved. After the dispute was done, they replied and said they wanted the shipping fees to be paid. I paid for that and I closed the dispute. Now, I can't reach them or open a new case. I contacted paypal and hopefully they do something.

You paid through paypal so I'm assuming that you have your bank linked with your paypal, if so, still contact the bank and let them know what's going on.

Hey good news, my bank/Visa refunded me my money, of course it is 'temporary' but I believe it is safe to assume there will be no products delivered from Thunder Racing am I right?
Anyways, who can recommend a positively reputable shop to take my hard earned money and ship me some SBC forged Dished pistons -25cc or greater for a 383 stroker 6" rods 4.030" bore and 3.75" stroke in a timely manner?

Have you looked into Speed Inc? I've never had a problem with them.

Wow so TR is out of business. I used to order from them a lot but its been a while, towards the end I had a couple bad experiences but I thought they were just flukes. Guess I was wrong.
