Nasty Performance REFUND MY MONEY!
I placed an order for the Coil Relocation kit he sells. I understand that he states “These sell fast and may be out of stock often. We are constantly getting more product in so will ship as soon as we can MAY TAKE SEVERAL DAYS TO SHIP”
I had no issue with waiting several days. Well week 1 went by and no kit, no tracking info, no status update, Nothing. I sent him an email asking the status of my order on 1/23 he responded that it would ship by the weekend 1/25. Now week 2 has gone by and no kit, no tracking info, no status update, Nothing. Sent him two emails one through his “Contact Us” on the website and one to the email address he has listed. 2 days later still no response. PM sent no response. Refund my payment! I would have waited however long it took to get the kit if you were just upfront about it taking several weeks and didn’t give me some BS shipping date.

Finally received a response from him on 2/3.
"Sorry was in the understanding from the guy that makes them they shipped but MSD was out of the high heat boots last week. They are being built as I type he will ship them tomorrow I will have tracking info for you."
I still don't understand why it took a week and a half to get a response.

I had the same problem a few years ago for the coil relocation kit also. shipped from somewhere out west. took about 2 and a half months and many many emails and phone calls. Never again.

Same deal. Kinda thought he was an upstanding vendor. Emailed Nate about a set of custom wires, got a response late in the evening, got another early in the morning and figured he was on his game. Ordered and nothing for 3 weeks... Emailed and nothing... Called a couple times and "The guy who builds them was out of some parts, but he got them last weekend and they're on their way." 2.5 weeks later and no wires. Called again and "The guy who builds them broke his arm and won't be able to build them for a while." No apology... No offer to refund... Just me in disbelief. Pretty much asked if I'd have to dispute the PayPal, which after a day I did anyway... I didn't expect much proactivity at this point. Got the refund just short of a month and a half after the order. The $ is nothing. Needed a set of wires. Disappointing.

I am sorry guys the guy who builds these for us broke his hand (hard to push on boots) I'm at his mercy. Wish there was more I can do. I will be more than happy to refund have a few people that can't wait. Hard to keep tract as we sell dozens a week and may be awhile till he's caught up. Feel free shoot me an email I'll take care of it. Sorry guys wish I could do more.

**** I am in the same boat with an LS1 fuel kit. Ordered it June 9th, didnt receive a response for over a week. Asked him what the status was and he said they were waiting on parts from Magna Fuel. Ok. Waited nearly another week and called him said I needed it shipped and that I needed it in time for an event July 11th and time for install. Sends me a tracking number from the 16th....mind you this was the 23rd. Status just says "label created". Asking for a refund tomorrow morning. Hope I dont get screwed on that.

Was told it had already shipped and he wouldn't give me a refund. Opened a claim in Paypal and he gave them the "shipping label created" FedEx notification....which proves a label was created and it WASN'T shipped. So now I am just in the waiting loop for Paypal now. Wish I would have ordered from Squash a month ago my car would have already been done and ready for the event July 11th.

that sucks man. hope it gets worked out for you. crazy, I had no idea this many people had problems with them. I never ordered through them but always thought they were great.
