actually, I know mark personally. he is not on the board anymore and neither is his wife. I'm sure he is aware of all the people he owes money or parts.

That's the big question. I don't think he can do anything or he would have by now. He has our money and has disappeared without delivering anything in return or even attempting to work out details with us. Oh wait, I think one guy got his lid refund and someone got a rollcage (only because SuperTune was cool enough to cover for Mark who is MIA). He owes me $2850 and has never attempted to contact me after COUNTLESS attempts.

It's a pretty clear cut case and the case gets worse against him the longer he waits to reply to anyone.

Mark, you have my number. I'm still waiting...but not holding my breath.

ProStock John,

I've put a link on the local board for people from Johnson County that have been stiffed... http://courts.jocogov.org/da.htm. to use as a possible recourse. However, when it comes to interstate mail fraud and internet mail fraud do you know what resource people on this board can refer too???

IMO, Mark is very aware of what being said about him on all boards.

Thanks,

Ron

Raging Motorsports isn't out of business yet, but I've been informed that they are selling their assets. No bankruptcy claims have been made as of yet.

Anyone with outstanding debts owed by Raging, or non-received parts should file credit card disputes or hire a lawyer immediately to get the paperwork in place before any possible bankruptcy is filed. In other words, TAKE ACTION NOW.

I hate to see things end like this, but these kind of things happen in the business world. Good luck to everyone involved.
