Yep...I'm still waiting for my 90mm TB ordered in January...

 

Are they still a sponsor? I had nothing but good dealings with them in the past.

Mark is MIA and is not returning calls, e-mails, PM's (even with all the pressure being put on him) ...apparently he owes a lot of people money and/or product.

Mark, this can only get worse. Be a man and take care of this...people who trusted you that work hard for their money are being stiffed by you. STEP UP!!!

Very well said. He's left a good trail of what he's done, so I'm still shocked he hasn't even tried to take care of the situation voluntarily. No doubt it will be hard to step up now given how things are starting to look, but the longer it takes the worse it will be when the time comes.

 

Mark used to work with Valvoline but if he doesn't get this fixed he'll need Vasoline (Jail Time). The feds really frown on mail fraud and who knows how many other laws he has broken. I'm out an engine warrenty on my 427 and it will cost me a lot to fix...but at least I have it. There are several people that have sent Mark $$$ and nothing to show for it.
