Still haven't seen the $280 that Jay over charged me on 10/15. He sent me an email that i would have it back in my account with in 7 buisness days and it's been 11. Got the heads but the $280 is really killing me since that was the money for my October car payment that is now late.

why not report it to credit card company as fraud

I gave him 5 months of chances. All I ask in return is a weekly update. It just reminds me of my friend who could never get a hold of AMS for his Rollbar. And we all know what happened to them (AMS).

Now if he wants to refund my $$$ till they are ready.

paypal you can also dispute charges.It is not being ugly if it is your money and he is not returning it.

I thought this thread was for customers only for Jays use to have some PR with everyone......he must be real busy chewin' on all the heads with a die grinder to get back to this thread for some updates.

How well would it work to take some heads from Jay and not pay for six months?

Call your bank, cc comp or paypal and do what you have to do, I did.

Thank you PSJ. Any feedback is welcomed.

I would just hate to see a guy who has a great rep for probably being one of the top 3 head porters in the LS1 field, and who has the chance to be extremely profitable based on this reputation, lose that rep before he gets fully established.

Again, I'm one of the guys not complaining much because I can afford to wait. When Jay is ready, I'll be fine. But I'd hate to see a company with such potential fall apart. And I hate seeing other guys have to wait a few months without getting a status update every couple of weeks.

And Mike, thanks for medation up to this point, but I'm guessing you're staying out of it right now.

I know its easy for me to say because I got both sets of heads I've ordered from Jay in a reasonable time frame, but I honestly think that Jay just bit off more than he could chew, I sincerely doubt that it is his intention to rip anyone off. Again, its easy for me to say, and I'm not minimizing your trouble/suffering, and its a shame that a simple email or call here and there would keep the situation better under control, and most likely these threads wouldn't have been posted. Be patient as long as you can, his heads have been proven to be killer, and I know for a fact that he takes his head flow and the cars power levels personally, and is undoubtedly behind because of his desire for every set of heads to be his best. Just wanted to get some positive out there about Jay, hes a good guy, and will, IMO, make his customers happy. Hopefully once he gets caught up, and stops selling heads he doesn't have, people will get back to praising him for his head porting abilities instead of criticizing him for his customer service.....
