Well,

My phone rang today and you could have knocked me over with a feather. Jay called and was giving me information on my heads. He stated 1.5 to 2 months. Apparently his car did sell and he is about to get the heads out of CNC jail.

I've done a bit more searching for "answers". It looks like Jay is also selling his flowbench to free up some more $$$. Perhaps he's got access to another flowbench to check his heads after they're ported (at the CNC shop, perhaps?). I'm sure some will view this as the opposite, but I'm taking this as a positive step for Jay to free up more ca$h and put it towards what he owes us....provided that he's still got access to another flowbench to check his workmanship.

Just like he came on here last time that legal action was threatened against him. You guys need to stop cutting him so much slack and go thru with this already. If you don't, time is just going to keep dragging by and NO ONE will have any heads.

A suggestion, maybe cut him some slack if you can independently verify with machine shop exactly what is there. Otherwise assets seem to be disappearing!

I was just trying to give all of you a Jay sighting. IT has been way too long and my 69 is nearing completion. I have purchased another set of heads. I told Jay that I would rather have my money back on the heads because when I get them I was going to sell them. He stated that when they are complete that he could find a buyer and get my money back.

Dude, honestly I wouldn't do that. Just take them and sell them yourself. I mean maybe he could find a buyer, but with everything else going on I wouldn't add any complication to the matter like that. Get your heads, check them over yourself and sell them yourself by whatever means you like. At least you'd have the heads in hand.

Me too. I did not buy a use set of AS Stage II 5.3 heads for a thousand bucks that were a proven performer a couple of months ago because Jay promised me that there was not evan a possibility that I would not have my Stage II 6.0 liter heads from him in hand by the end of March. Uhhhhh......it's April. No heads or contact in a while now.

I'm not defending Jay, but checking that link/auction, yesterday would have been only 2 weeks since the auction-close. So how did the buyer calculate '3 weeks'......?

Even still,

2 weeks with no contact from the seller whatsoever..... If it was me that bid on that car I would assume as well that the transaction was a no go and I had been scammed.
