East Side Performance complaint
Sorry to hear of your misfortune. Have you talked to EastSide? Can't pass judgement until we hear ES's version.....
The seat looks like it was in a car that was in a wreck and had the floorboard folded up.
It looks like it fell off the Empire State building, if it was dropped by someone @ UPS it wouldn't have that much damage.
There's alot of rust on the brackets too.
Hopefully Eastside will post their side of the story.
I just sold some Firebird seats, but the guy was nice and came up from Trenton to pick them up. Who was the shipper? Who packaged them for shipping?
he said, swing the car and the seats. by and he will fix it for you. no problem.
and your better off to call, not everyone is online and what not.
they will fix it for you no problem

here but didn't you pick up / inspect the seat personally????
They were not mailed you picked then up...Right
I was with Ken when Noyzee called...Scotty probalbly saw the PM and didn't tell Ken. The phone works great I have know Ken for years call him he will remedy the situation...Thxs SlowHawk I agree everyone is a little to consumed with this PM/internet Bull ****... Pick up the phone!
Instead of attacking on the NET...
Mr B...will tell you ESP stands by the stuff they do and sell.... "Scotty probably saw the PM and didn't tell Ken."
If someone has access to East Side's PM's but doesn't tell the owner what is being received from customers then that's a major shortcoming right there..
East Side did blow my **** up, but thier insurance co. also paid.. I will grant that.

Seems like Scott sold the seats no?????
Even if he was handling ESP's (Ken's) business a call to ESP should of been made....
Just seems like the right thing to do....Don't worry LoudmouthLT1 call the shop ask for Ken or better yet swing by with the seat so they can take care of it in person...Do not bash ESP (Ken) for not recieving the message....
Simple problem with a simple fix give the shop a call...(203)269-1539
I post as OSR 1. I was out of work for a couple days. You could have picked up the phone and called someone at the shop. There are a lot of guys hangin out at the shop that go on tech and read PM's that dont work here. Only Ken myself and a couple other actually work at eastside but about 10 guys are here on a daily basis so sorry for not responding, I didnt realize I missed it.
When you picked up the seats you inspected them and said they looked great. Then all of a sudden you get home and a few weeks later there is something wrong. Those seats came out of a customers car, there was no damage to them what so ever when you picked them up. I think the best thing for you to do is swap the bracket off one of your old seats and put it on the new seat. You recieved a great deal on the seats so I think that is what you should do. Point is you paid for them, looked them over and said they looked great. If you need help swaping brackets bring it by the shop and Ken can give you a hand doing it.
