Default Jantzer ported tb's

Is anyone in the process of buying a tb from jantzer? Has anyone talked to him in the last week or so? Just wondering if he is ignoring me again or if there really is a problem with someone in ihis family.(He told me that someone was in the hospital) I haven't been able to get a hold of him for like 2 weeks. Does anyone have a phone number perhaps? That would be awesome!! Or is there anyone else having the same problem tah I am having right now?

I cant believe people still send him money. He jerked me around for months last year. Thank god i finaly got my money back. Oh wait any minute now some nutswinger will chime in with. "I got mine right away" or "the quality is worth the wait".
I see Scott still has a million excuses as always. I think it was his dog ate the air compressor or his grandma's bird died or something like that when I went through hell with him. Along with the "it will ship tomorow".
I just wish people would stop defending his bullshit

Well I would plan on doing the cam install later or find a junkyard tb to use. I've been waiting 2 months for mine.

Did you send your's to him? I just did the core since I have to have my car running...otherwise it would have been sitting here w/o a throttle body for the past month.

This guy is a joke and shouldn't even be allowed to be a sponsor. Last summer I got jerked around for seriously 3 months! He kept telling me it was on the way, then he told me a family member was in the hospital, yada yada yada. Then when I did get it back, where the sensor plugs into it was busted up.

Its a problem that he takes so long to do them, but the biggest problem is that he just plain lies to people.

Shaner will be porting the TB for my '02.

If I had to do it over I would've picked Shaner. Out of curiosity why did you get rid of your '99 WS6 for an '02 SS? I do love the SSOM though!

I remember when there was a time when Shaner had the same problems Jantzer is having. ( The reason why he isn't a sponsor on here anymore).

Bottom line is that there are waaaaaaaaaay too many complaints about this.
I don't think it should take 2 months to get a TB out to you.
You guys may want to try people like Thunder---------> (sponsor)
Buy there ported TB and then take it locally to get powder coated pr polished. ALOT easier and "pain-free".

shaner is a very good guy and has ALOT less complaints about him on here, and I doubt that a complaint is the reason he is no longer a sponsor, it couldn't be because he just does it part time and doesn't need to PAY to just make a few extra bucks. I do understand that these boards need money to survive, I used to manage a dedicated server, but as for MAKING everyone that wants to sell a service on here pay to become a sponsor is ridiculous. Sure, dedicated companies should have to help the board out, but how many services are we losing from people that are honest and knowledgable and just would like to try and offer services but can't because of strict **** like sponsor privledges. Just look at Harlan, but god forbid if we post his link here even though he has great products and is just trying to make a few bucks on the side.

I agree with both sides...it sucks that we can't talk about it, but hey...it pays for the board. If you don't try and persuade people to use the sponsors, they would just leave. And then they would shut the board down. And then what would I do with all my free time?
