I ordered a custom cam from them I think last Thursday... It showed up at my door this morning. Now thats what I call service.. Thanks Thunder Racing...

I ordered some stuff from them two weeks ago. I got a e-mail that it had been shipped. I got about half way through reading the e-mail and there was a knock at the door. There was the UPS man with my order. Now that was service.

I would also like to add that Thunder Racing gives awesome advice and sometimes that advice leads to them not making any money. I think a business that can be honest with you and even recommend other shops is great.. Thunder Racing has shown me that they are not out to take customers money. They want satisfied customers. Right now.. I am a satisfied customer..

I agree. The entire staff stayed late on Saturday to make sure my car was in top shape after the header swap. Their customer service is the best I've ever seen.

I'd have to agree 100%! I've gotten damn near all my stuff from them and never a problem! ...with TR anyways, now UPS is another story!

...hands down the best customer service I've ever had! When UPS lost my Hooker cat-back, Angie did everything within her power to resolve the issue and get me another one asap!

I must also agree with this. Every time I have ordered from thunder, it has been a maximum of 2 days from order time to delivery time. I've even had a couple of shipments that took less than 24 hours from the time of ordering to my receipt of the package. They are definately a top-notch shop.

Thunder rocks..I've visited many times over the phone..and I've even been there in person. Same friendly customer service everytime, over the phone and on my vacational visit.

Well under careful advice. I decided to upgrade my cam b4 making any other major changes. I am also going to look into exhaust upgrades.. I am still in limbo about the cam install..

Like I said.. Thunder Racing is fast.. I am trying a bigger cam to get a more aggressive idle.. My car idles like stock. I want a lope..
