I ordered a set of KVR brake pads from them and I needed them shipped ASAP. They made sure that they were sent out overnight so that I would have every chance to receive them before an unexpected trip. Great customer service! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />

Now, UPS on the other hand, seemed to drop the ball <img border="0" title="" alt="[Sad]" src="gr_sad.gif" /> and it seems they left the package in their "UPS facility" and it has been delayed. <img border="0" alt="[fight]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_punch.gif" />
