I am happy with HPE and the work they did on my car. before I turned it over, they were happy to talk about options and what they would be doing to the car. I had a little issue with the engine surging in stop and go traffic after the heads/cam install, along with a few other minor annoyances, and Chuck did some tweaking on the tune friday afternoon. car runs great now, and he even explained why the car was doing what it was doing, and what he was changing in the tune to fix it. All I had to do was call and tell him I was going to bring it in. I will definitely deal with them again.

I can't remember, but I think they turned around my car in 3 or 4 days for the heads/cam, shift kit, and a few other things...seemed like they jumped on it quick, I was impressed.

ive been dealing quite a bit with Erik Koenig over at HPE,for awhile everyday like 6 times a day....and i have to say when it came down to 2 companies i went with HPE because of him and how he treated me.just superbly, he explained things out for me,gave me honest opinions, worked with me when he could on parts, and is currently building a forged 383 for me,and thus far ive couldnt ask for more, after my motors in and done so long as it all goes smoothly with no major problems,HPE's getting a huge thumbs up in the Sponsor feedback section.HPE all the way!

DITTO with Erik Koenig. I just got my 415 ci shortblovk from HPE. I dealt entirely with Erik. He returned EVERY SINGLE EMAIL and EVERY SINGLE PHONE CALL I MADE! And we had several things to hash out on this build becuase it was a solid roller setup and will be spun to 7700 rpms. There wher NO surprises in the bill. Price was more than competitive. I just yesterday started the car up and now have about 25 miles on the new motor. oil pressure is fantastic and everything is great. This is the first short block purchase experiance that has been glitch free. I will be doing buusininess with HPE again.

Thanks everyone for all the nice words and thank you all for your business. It's all about having happy customers. Without you guys we wouldn't be here. We certainly try to do the best we can with parts and combinations and the work we do.

electricz28,

I only do engine stuff there but if I can help you just PM me. I don't do the regular sales or service and lately the phones have been very busy there since I hear them and see all the lines lit up a lot. Sometimes I don't get my messages for a day or two so I know that needs to be worked on. PMs or emails are best for me at least. I have to call customers back a lot since I am usually busy at any one time in the shop or on another line.

Greg,

I don't have an email from you to respond to? Scooter said you were upset about it, but I can't respond if I don't have an email. Maybe it got lost in the process, but I'm just letting you know that you might want to check and make sure it was sent.
