This is Blake from Futral Motorsports. I've been answering the phones and I have noticed at times that some calls are dead air (no one on the line yet there is no dial tone as if I am connected with someone). 2-3 calls yesterday were like this when I picked up the phone. Maybe since you are calling from over seas, there could be a long distance problem? Anyway, Who did you email? Was it Allan, Candy or Sales? Also, what is the exact email address that you used? Let me know what I can do for you and I'll be glad to help.
