They were already in business though. They didn't open up shop just to make F body turbo kits.

 

I highly doubt they bought that building....more likely they are leasing it

 

Who knows... it's irrelevant to the startup costs.

 

According the Landstat, they do not own it... we'll let the Realtors jump in here with legal national database access.

There NO REASON any client should not demand an immediate refund.. and offer the pay in full the day the kit is ready to ship..other than getting bumped off the list... but bumping from a list is the LAST thing Hi-Flo should be doing to any of the tormented customers that gave them money many many months ago, Anyone not demanding a refund now... no matter how great or what promises you beleive...is asking to get burned. Why take the chance. If they offer the kits, get one when they are done. This generation of ls1 owners will remember Hi-Flo like many remember Dave Inall.

When I dropped my car off in Oct 05 Marko had 5 employees and a shop full of cars.

When I yanked my car out, un- finished, beg of June 06 Marko had 1 employee(Bill, a 20yr old kid), and 1 car.

The person who made my kit, also made the single kits. He no longer does anything with Marko.

Well if you have a deposit your credit card company may not be able to help. I think they changed the charge back time frame. (90) days! I would be on top of that ASAP! Good luck.

You posted in the C5 part of the CorvetteForum that the kits aren't finished. For those folks that don't know, the C5 platform is the 1997-2004 Corvette. OK. So that's the true reason why you guys haven't sold them and not the BS you posted in this thread and I quote,

"As a sign of respect to the LS1 customers we have most of you know we have withheld from releasing any other kits we have developed for other cars. The LS1 guys were the only ones we have taken desposits from so as a gesture we wanted to show them their business was the highest priority for us."

But no let's talk about other things posted by Hi Flo. This is one of my favorites ....

It is our policy not to send out incomplete kits. If I were to see a substantial benefit from doing so, I may sway my opinion. What are people going to do with intercoolers, turbos, bov's and wastegates? Keep in mind, every single person who ordered is entitled to a FULL REFUND at ANY TIME. We do not wish to end the transaction this way, but it is a means of last resort if patience happens to understandably expire. This would also mean that the introductory offer pricing would no longer apply. I regret the inconvinence and have been doing everything in my power to right the wrongs that have unfortuntely fell into my lap. It is part of a new beginning and a venture into unchartered territory. As I have mentioned before many times, I sincerely apologize for the delay, it is out of my hands. I have 10 C5 twin turbo kits here, complete, ready to sell. I refuse to sell them out of LOYALTY to my customers who believed in us from the very start and backed us throughout the thick and thin. The Street Killer kits get delivered before any other kit does. Period. That's the least I can do for my customers, even if it means losing potential Corvette customers and a higher profit margin.

Now I have a question for you Bill. WHERE'S MARKO? I'd love to ask him again which came first, the chicken or the egg? Looks like it doesn't really matter. Ya can't make an omlete nor some chicken fingers cause ya ain't got the ingredients.

PS: Smearin's turbo kit looks like what you guys originally designed and promised. Turbo LS1 SS's kit looks Chinaized. Compare the two collector/wastegate/flange pieces folks before the pics get deleated. And I love the quality work where the pipe butts up to the flange that bolts up to the turbo exhaust housing on Turbo LS1's kit. Mighty fine hammering done there.

 

if hi flo put that 70k in a 12 month cd they would have made about 3500 in interest off of you guys.

 

Hi, Im Bill, and I lie alot.

I could tell you about lies from months ago, or even days ago, but I , like rub a dub, like this one...

Today I posted that we will not ship the vette kits till they are done..., but as you can see in the post above, I have also stated (on March 9) we have 10 complete vette sets and wont ship because of the loyal f-body customers have waited. Its just so hard to keep all my lies straight.
