Anyone had problems with kocky products? RESOLVED Hey guys, I didnt want to post this, but i cant get an e-mail back from kocky products. Has anyone had problems with them??? My mom ordered 81.00 worth of shirts for me for xmas, was told they were on backordere, and would ship the next week. Well none the less, its been 2 weeks, and she hasnt seen anything. She also has sent numerous e-mails to no availe, and called a few times, and cant seem to get ahold of anyone. Just wanted to see if anyone else was having problems, or if this was common??? I dont like bad customer service, especially after its already been paid for!!!!!!

well, since i cant get anything back from them, AND, when you leave a message on his phone, which I know he got,considering that before his inbox was so full you couldnt leave a message, now you can, so I know hehas gotten them; and you get no return call back thats rediculous. BUYERS beware. He has 81.00 of our money for the last month, and we have NO shirts. Been trying for 2 weeks to get ahold of him, and we cant. Last resort is to file a dispute with the credit card company. I HATE customer service like this, its a shame!

well, just heard back from Kieth FINALLY. He says he has boxed the shirts up and is sending them out asap. Says we should have them by the beginning of next week. I have to say he was very aologetic in the e-mail, and knows he muffed up the order badly. I will commend him for atleast e-mailing me back, and i hope this doesnthappen to anyone else. So as of now, is in the process of being resolved.

Verdad Gallardo Glad to hear it, I would say they were very responsive about this order having fallen though the cracks. It happens from time to time but it was taken care of as soon as brought to their attention
