weird, ive heard a lot of guys get a lot of 13.8s stock? and stealth v8 nice car mine is a splitting image of urs..but on a side note, someeone else on here if im not mistaken told me that a tune wouldnt help at all with an intake kit and exhaust?
A tune will help greatly. You will really feel the power of the mods with a tune. With or without mods a tune makes a big difference though, and should make your et decrease and trap speed increase. As long as you can drive. By lowering torque management you increase burning the **** outta your tires. And put more torque to the ground naturally. When I tuned my car if made a significant difference. Almost like a new car. You'd like a tune trust me.

I would expect at least .2 seconds in E.T. with a good tune. I have the same mod as you plus a tune and I nabbed a 13.49 at 102. My car is much healthier up top and got rid of that stupid 2-3 early shift. The best money I've spent so far.
Expect .2-.4 depending on the exhaust/ intake setup you go with, temp. elevation etc.

good to hear, what would be the easiest way to get a tune, i heard they r around 3-400 bux, is that right? and i would need to take my car somewhere to hav it done right? also on a side note, is it 400 to have the tune done, or for the handheld computer to do it urself? if i can have someone else do it and pay them that would be the easiest thing for me.

Have a reputable performance shop do it. Most likely it will be with HP Tuners. I think thats the only program with 08 support for your car. Its definitely the best. Don't waste your money on a handheld canned tuner. I don't think there is any out with 08 support for our cars anyway.
