Wheel Options???

Wheel Options??? As some of the more hearty criminals braved the cold overnight here in Romulus, MI. (near Detroit) and helped themselves to my shiny polished aluminum rims, I find myself needing something for the car to roll around on. Any suggestions? I am not really wanting to stare at the warning for a bad (missing sensor) on the dash, so would want to go with something that the tire pressure warning system is compatible with.
Have I mentioned that I really don't like the Detroit area?
Insurance company claims that they will call me back shortly, we shall see what they have to say.
They got two of the wheels (drivers side) and all the lug nuts from the passenger side, but forgot a second jack, so I have two left, one is mangled up some, so might not get that much from the insurance company to buy aftermarket. On the plus side, I got a free jack! Well, minus the $500 deductable and hassle factor. As a further minus, they dropped it hard on the drivers side front. Sheet metal is ok, but I am concerned about the suspension. Plus I am here for another 9 days, so I am sure they will be back to get the other two so they can have a full set. Maybe another $500 deductable in my future!!! good times...

I would, but I shudder to think how much the airlines would charge me for my 3800 lb checked 'bag'....
Thing is, I have to stay here another 10 days, then home for a week, then back here for 2 more weeks.
Still waiting for the insurance man call, apparently their 'right away' is slightly different than mine.

Thanks! Going to get the some locks on the remaining ones tonight as 80% of the work of stealing them is done and I fully expect them to return in the next day or so to try for them while I wait for the new wheels. So far, for parts only, looking at a shade over $2500 with tax. For 2 lousy wheels/tires/sensors....
If there is no suspension damage, it looks like I am getting a discount on what it would cost to get two new tires and an alignment. $500 deductable...so economically, not horrible, just a pain in my ***.

It's the insurance companies payout, I just have the first $500. Frankly I was very surprised they said to go with new vs trying to find used. Still waiting on the final numbers, just sucks to look down out the window and see it sitting askew in the parking lot. One of my restrictions is that I require a specific-to-the-car permit to drive on my worksite. No rental cars allowed as the insurance is rather complicated, so I have a rather severe time crunch to have this one repaired ASAP.

jesus christ what it is with these impala rims ive heard of like 3 cases of this **** happening in like 2 months. i mean what the **** man do you get major crack for an impala rim or something?

do they wheels from the SS fit the lesser models? Yep.
They steal what they can easily sell. I expected this to happen at least once over the lifetime of the car. Just kept putting off getting the locks due to lazyness. Well, now I have two locks on each of the remaining rims, so I will sleep better at night. Ordering rims/tires tomorrow and hopefully will have them arrive and installed by Friday.

naw most of those are pull offs that have new rs-a tires still on them. i saw a set of polished ones w/o tires or sensors on there when i checked earlier. i dunno if you would want the replicas.

for the rims in discussion on the ss you can tell the difference by looking to the back of the rim for the stamping.
OEM wheels are made in China
