That package comes with springs and pushrods those.....and they recommend using 1.8 RR with a cam that high of a lift.

They recommend Yella Terra 1.8's which people have successfully installed on LS4s and are pretty much equal to all the other non--adjustable rockers.

Crane are the only adjustables available for the LS4 if I remember correctly. There's like 3 people in here that have them, scarlett is one of them.

I have a hard time believing a stock LS4 is floating valves; I’m running 6 psi of boost with stock valve train and no float at 6,000 rpm.

Keep in mind my 13.0 was with drag radials, so not much tire spin at all! I want to say I ran around a high 13.2 on street tires. Your right the turbo kit is great and a beast! Not much traction with it until you get out of 2nd! I had my turbo kit in for about three weeks before my input shaft decided to snap back in late November. No big deal figured I'd have to upgrade the tranny at some point and winter is a good time for that! I got around 5 lbs of boost with the cut out closed and opening up the cut out brought the boost up to around 8 lbs and a big difference in how the car pulled! You running yours with the cut out open?
