I wouldn't recommend using nitrous on a stock 3.8 until you open up the exhaust a bit. You should get at least a different down pipe eliminating the the horrible "U-bend" restriction. On a stock 3.8 I have found they don't like nitrous that much as the bottom end is a little weak. The most I would do with minumal mods and no tuning is maybe a 75 shot. A wet kit would be much safer to run but, you could use a dry kit with a small shot. I would also recommend getting a throttle body spacer (www.zzperformance.com) and tapping the nitrous nozzles in the TB spacer. Other than that it's just setting up the lines and wiring... you can wire into the TPS for a WOT switch. If you run a dry kit you will have to run a vacuum line to the Fuel Pressure Regulator from the NMU or Solenoid depending on which type of kit you go with. My suggestion for easy installation would be Zex.
