What is the purpose of a flipped motor mount??

Gets the power to the wheels faster by prohibiting the engine to flex/torque in the cradle (as much). There are some existing threads depicting what the OE mount/bushing looks like from the factory, and what it looks like twisted 90*.

i did the flip but didnt notice much but what can you expect from a free mod....i went with a poly motor mount and bushings instead. a lot better IMO.

DP, do you by chance have the links to the mounts and bushings you bought?

they work for the for our engines even though they say 3800 because we have the same brackets. they arent extremely harsh which is also nice. they are kind of a bitch to get the old ones out and the new ones in.
