Gets the power to the wheels faster by prohibiting the engine to flex/torque in the cradle (as much). There are some existing threads depicting what the OE mount/bushing looks like from the factory, and what it looks like twisted 90*.

they work for the for our engines even though they say 3800 because we have the same brackets. they arent extremely harsh which is also nice. they are kind of a bitch to get the old ones out and the new ones in.
