Have you seen the calendar thread? If we do a calendar, you would be asked to post a 800x600 pic and have a larger one available for the calendar. We would vote 3 times, top 4 of every round would go into the calendar. Doing CotF was a completely separate idea. I've been in a calendar before, that CGP one, read about it, it'll make more sense.

Came out a little dark in the calendar, though. I'd love to find a 1st gen in good condition.
Still weird seeing my car like that. lol

I really could care less how anyone does it since I don't have an LS4 anymore. Seems a little retarded though. Especially starting anything now and rushing at the end of the month. If it were me I'd just wait to the new calendar year. Additionally, you can't really compare anything done on CGP, how many members are on there? You're talking an entire website vs. one section of a forum here. Going to be a lot harder IMO doing something like this in one section with a limited amount of people compared to other forums I've seen before. We found it hard to get a lot of good submissions to even justify bringing the calendar/Impala of the Month back on NAIOA and there are a couple thousand members there. And then of the people that do submit you'll end up with a lot of pics that frankly just don't cut it. Like the pic above(sorry not singling you out Vectus I see you didn't even have a regular camera with) but a pic that doesn't even have the whole car in and has construction barriers next to it isn't what people want to see lol. The backdrop of a picture is just as important as the car itself! Good luck with it regardless.

CGP divided it into 3 calendars, 88-96, 97-03, and 04-08. We only had 27 submissions in the 04-08 section, I know there's at least that here. And we get better pics if we knew they were gonna be in a calendar. It can be done before January if it gets green-lighted by the end of next week.
And I know, Derek, it's unrecognizable.
I 'ruined' it. :-/
