so i just looked on the thorley website and it says the headers are $960!!!! i wish i had the money right now so i could get the group price fml lol

yea i found one on ebay and got lucky that it was only an hour away from where i live so i drove there which was all interstate and thats where i love the 28 mpg :] cuz it was cheaper than shipping. it has the o2 sensor hole in it too

Got a voice mail today saying the headers are ready to ship. Did anyone else get that?

There is always a bottleneck, you may have reduced the severity of it, but there is always a most restrictive part of any exhaust system. It will be interesting to see if the gains up top are worth the decreased low volume velocity and subsequent loss of torque down low in the RPM range after the headers. Will certainly drive differently.
