i could be wrong but isnt it .7mm of a difference? you dont think you could have that machined? and not for nothing but dont several ppl run them on gps and what not with a full slick under hard launches and a bunch of boost? i havent heard of anyones studs being sheared off and wheels flying off there car. but you are 100% correct the fit is not 100% perfect. you are right ours is 115=4.5276 and the mustang dodge wheels are 114.3=4.5. its .02 bigger almost .03 slight difference. really slight.

I honestly would think a 9 inch wide wheel would be too wide. My wheels are 18x8 and I think they were rubbing. At least the tires appeared that way once I removed them for winter.

i think weld started making the prostars and what not in larger diameters to fit the mustangs and camaros. those wheels are fairly light. i like the torque thrust look but the price for real ones is insanity.

the site says 125 now?? hmm..but still nice for a set of rims.

And it might be my bedtime but what the best rim size on that site for a 2007 GXP that I can get away with?

I might go with the black and chrome lip.

But 125 for 18's is not bad..

ohh side not. I have brand new tires on the front stocker GXP rims. would they fit on these TTII type of rims? again sorry just tired but wanted to chime in so I did not forget.

Call me crazy, but i'd like to see a set of 20in bullitts on my GXP GP. I have 17x8's on my 98 GT GP, and love them. Wish i woulda gotten 18in's but oh well.

That's exactly what I've been wanting. I found a place last night that has them for $125 a piece (replicas), I'll share the link when I get home tonight.

I think I am ready to order the 18x9" Torq Thrust M Black Wheels. Any suggestions on tire brand/size (using the stock springs)?
I see that the real American Racing 18x9's can be had for about $175 each.

I'm liking my Sumitomo HTR-Z II's. They're actually pretty soft.

If I was going to do a bad *** street tire it'd be the Dunlop Duranza Star Spec...

Yeah I remember mounting up some 5 spoked 20's that came of my 03 monte carlo on to a mustang!! LoL!! He was to put some spacers on though!! But yeah other than that they fit! A lot of people use old mustang factory rims and tires to drag their montes, Grand Prixs here in Atlanta!!

a 255/40 or a 265/35 would work. Gotta get used to running a lower profile tire with an 18x9 because the wheel is already wide and at a lower offset than stock.
