Default Torque Thrust Wheels

So far everyone has really given good advice as I make my upgrades.

I plan on adding some aftermarket wheels for the summer
I am thinking of some z06 wheels if possible .. still working out specs

or possible even torue thrusts.

Tell me what you think

anyone have pics of these or can show any grand prix with these wheels?

Those are nice wheels, i think we would have to get custom torque trusts though...

the Mustang wheels fit well and look good, there are a few guys over on gpona that have them...but they aren't 18's

I like the G8 GT wheels...anyone know if they fit?

The G8's wheels are 5 X 120...so nevermind

Those Mustang wheels would look awesome on a Monte Carlo, but would they even fit? The link has them listed at only $99 each! Tell me they would fit a 2006 Monte SS and I'll be the first to put them on

Mustang wheels do fit. I'd rather buy tires for a 16 or 17 inch wheel anyday.

they fit. heres pics of a guy on my other forums car. i got the info from him on them. this is what he told me when i asked him. bolt pattern is 5 x114.3 and offset is +34. you want one from 05 plus stang. 9" wide is the biggest you want to go. his are 18X9 and hes running 255s all the way around. hope this helps.

on your car i would say black. i dont think there would be enough contrast between the anthracite and the color of your car.

he said hes currently running 255/45s. and he lowered the car with ssc springs. i doubt that the 275s would fit it would be awesome if they did. his are 18x9 +34 offset. +36 and higher number will move them further into the car.

On a car with stock springs, they will fit.

really? i thought that they would rub in the front when the wheel was turned and maybe even in the rear. i want to lower mine. i hate the wheel gaps. i think the car looks like a rollerskate or something. its to tall. oh and your wheels look pretty good in your sig pic. makes me think about running the stockers again, but no matter how much i polished my stockers they were never shiney enough for me.

One member is running 275 DRs up front. Looks bad ***, let me tell you.

Thanks, I like my stock wheels alright. I'm just more of a darker wheel fan.

Since nobody's mentioned it, those Mustang wheels are not a perfect fit. Our bolt pattern is 5x115, the Mustang ones are 5x114.3. Yes, they will fit, but you run the risk of shearing off lug bolts. Yes, there are those who've had no problem (yet), but IMHO, it's just a matter of time. For me, there is no wheel that looks good enough to risk my life, or the lives of others for. :2cents:

Wouldn't the wheel pattern being larger be more of a problem?
