I used a truck electronic TB, it bolts right up to LS6 manifold without adaptors, it is same inside diameter as stock LS4, just uses a 4" intake air tube, and I had to make an adaptor cable to plug it to LS4 TB cable as contact pins on the truck TB are in different locations in plug. See these photos before painting. I tapped and screwed in vacuum ports on truck TB to accomodate PCV and brakes which are lost from the manifold swap.
This is the truck one.

I sold my LS6 btw, going LS1 to cut costs and install nitrious. This car is done and its time to build something.
When looking at your cable adaptor, looking at the back of the connectors...
The female connector to the Truck TB=A is upper left (top of connector has locking lug)
The male connector to existing LS4 cable= A is upper right.
It's confusing because one is male, one is female
I will try hooking up the truck TB with the adapter cable soon and let you guys know if it works for me.

Now somebody figure out if this is gonna work or not! LMAO!
